Usergroups page

It would be a great addition to add a usergroups page.

It's a page which basically lists all the usergroups/custom usergroups.

I'm still working on my usergroups page for my forum so that's why it looks derpy.

That isn't a page of the custom usergroups...

And having a page for it all would be so much better.

There is already a page for just custom usergroups, there would be no point in having a page for all the groups when there are already two.

It doesn't show the userbars.

A simple page as I suggested would do the job.

As stated above there IS a usergroup page already, the other added thing is just a add on, it's neat just not needed or a high priority.
