Username / Userbadge requesting

I was on Game-tuts the other day & thought maybe we should get this:

a New forum "Username / Userbadge requests"

For a username a user simply supplies the new username they want
EX:

Current username: Leet
New username: Avicii


For a userbadge a staff (Uzi) would provide a format.

that is my idea / request.

this is just easier than sending a PM to staff.
