No, it needs to be valid and not on any other PPs

Fuck. So say I make a new paypal, can I send the money from the one with my cc on it, and then take it off of that one and put it on my new one with the fresh money in it?

No, if i'm correct a CC can only be on one PP ever, is it a Gift Card CC?

I just did it I created a new paypal, took the prepaid card off of my old one. Put it on my new one and deleted my old one
