People asked someone else to remove his vouches that he had from another site. So wouldn't put 100% guarantee on that being a sufficient vouch.

Not saying no one will take it as one, just stating I've seen members get picky over this previously.

I think the starting bid is somewhere around 75M. 10M for an account like that just seems way too low.
