Verified PayPal

I need someone to create a verified PayPal Account for me with a VCC Perhaps or a bank account linked which I could use for receiving payments. I need a US Account, since my current one isn't a US Account. I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for this depending on what you can do.

Did you try buyvcc? I've never used them personally because they only do US accounts but I know a few people that bought them and had no problems
