That pretty much answers your question. I assume he's doing some sort of fake VCC or Bank Account method like the old eTrade one. Wouldn't expect these account to last long guys.
 
I saw that just thought there might be a slight chance of hope.
 
I would like this done. Also, Chronos I have had the eTrade method on my account for about 5 months and NOTHING has happened, except for I can't sign into my eTrade account, because of suspicious activity. I need to change the primary email.
