There was a similar thread like this one before, and the admin replied, saying that he will be adding music/media tab soon in the near future, so by that time they should be a section for that type of subject.
So it will must likely be made in the future when the forums has grown, to the admin liking.

As Chevon said it's already been suggested and is being thought about. There should be a section within a week or two.
