Visa Prepaid CC

Im looking to sell my Visa Prepaid Card for something else. It currently has $7.92 CAD on it. Its on a limited PayPal already so you cant use it for that. Use it for Xbox and stuff like that. Anyways I need a VCC to unlimit my other PayPal with $20 on it. Please help me here. I will also trade it for an empty VCC (throw in some cash too)

And staff, I know this is in the wrong section. I don`t know where else to put it.

Adding a VCC to your paypal will not unlimit it.

I don't know where you heard your stories from.

If you want to verifiy a Paypal account you need a Bank account added.

lol no. To verify it you need a bank account (I know this). But to unlimit it, you only need a VCC/CC. I can show proof
