Also, anyone can link me a tutorial on how to go about that?

Hit up Dunk, he runs 3 VPNs and 2-3 Corporate VPNs, it's almost impossible to find his IP.

You can use nVPN with your Xbox. It will just be slow as fuck. Also, so it's not too slow, I recommend using your neighbor's connection if you can. Then if you get hit, hop on your own with a VPN.
