i personally have well over 2 billion in wealth on runescape and have had a thriving fc and loads of bets for weeks now.
here is the only payout i got screen shotted, (he was lagging so i had to prove i tried to pay, and i needed to remember his name)

i will take a max pot of 700m and my hosts will be taking maximum pots of their bank ( all silver * plus ranks have their banks insured by me)
all bronze star ranks can host, but have a much lower max pot as all bronze stars are on the host apprenticeship scheme.

we are more often than not at the south west of the grand exchange in world 24.

Frosty flowers rules:
~- yellow, orange, red or rainbow means you lose what you bet.
~- Blue, Pastel or purple means what you bet is multiplied by two (10m wins 20m)
~- White or Black wins x3.5 (10m wins 35m!)
Hot or cold:
~- Red, Orange or Yellow are hot, if you bet on hot your bet is multiplied by two
~-blue, pastel or purple are cold, if you bet on cold your bet is multiplied by two
~- Black or White are an instawin or replant (instawin of 1.5x origional bet, 10m wins 15m)
w 24 flower game:
you pay by plants, one plant costs 250k*
~-if you get a rainbow you win 2x your bet
~- if you get black or white you win 4x your bet
~- hot or cold flowers means that the host wins the bet.
the way the pay per plant work is a way of people with little to no banks to have more of a chance to win big, its a little confusing so heres how it works:
if you trade 1m on a w 24 flower game you get 4 plants, if you get a rainbow or black or white on your first plant, you would win 1m multiplied by the above rates, for a 1m bet you get the chance to win on a 1m payout up to your second plant, after that it becomes 500k payout, then 250k payout.
in the extremely unlikely event of you being scammed by a host of mine, video proof must be posted on the dispute section of runegear and you will be payed back your money accordingly.
The hosts you should always trade:
Fallenwolves - fishing cape, bandos.
Angerfist - completionist cape.
all rates can be subject to change, and hosts will be playing the game assigned to them, once you trade them its up to them if they wish to refund you should you not wish to play their game, if you win their game they are not allowed to change games and must pay out.
