Wait Time Between Clicks

I was cool with it at first, but the fact that I have to wait like 5 seconds in between forum clicks is annoying as Hell. I'm pretty sure this can be disabled...

I am pretty sure that cannot be changed, But I will check it out after I get this activation email thing figured out. I think I fixed it but I need to get someone to make an account to know fro sure.

It's in the actual php of mybb, there's probably a few plugins to fix it too.
