Is this a free service? Clarify that and it should be because anyone can get Horizon and do this.

Some of it will have to be paid for, because I had to upgrade to get it. I will only be charging like a dollar or something for the new release games. The other ones I will be doing for free. Since you were the second one that posted, you could receive any mod for free.

I could help you with this service if you would like. I can give you access to my own programs if we share the profit from customers. My programs allow you to mod and hex edit literally anything on your profile you could want.
