Wall Lizard / Gecko Is Our Friend !!

I know many people who can't stand the presence of wall lizards or geckos in their houses! they kill them! I really don't understand the psychology behind this ! The wall lizards are keeping our homes clean from unwanted insects and other pests so that our homes become free of these harmful insects! Thus these creatures are our friends! do you kill a Gecko or Wall lizard! Thanks !

The lizards are the scavengers given by Nature. We may not like their presence on the walls of our rooms, but we have no moral right to kill them.

Actually I am really scared of geckos and wall lizards. Specially those big ones with orange spots. It's just that I've had a traumatic experience with them when I was a kid when a lizard fell on my back.

But even though I'm scared of them I don't kill them though. I think killing them would be very primitive and cruel. I just avoid them as much as possible.
