Want or need to quit smoking?

Hey, its very good decision that you have taken. Actually smoking is very very dangerous for body. Smoking cigrattes, bidi etc is very harmful as all contains alcohol and other toxic substances in it. When you are smoking, you are actually inhaling alcohol in lungs. So it is very important to quit smoking. Following are the ways to quit smoking.
1. Stop going to smoking area.
2. Strongly make up your mind not to smoke.
3. If your friends are smoking then eat fruits or drink fruit juice.
4. Contact with doctor.
 

Lmao Idk what you are talking about but thats not what you are inhaling to your lungs. lol Also, Its not that simple. I would know as I quit after smoking for 8 years.
