Want some tips :)

I currently own the domain justinbieberdownloads.net, with the obvious intention of going into CPA Lead and earning money with JB Downloads etc.

Pretty easy to advertise and setup, I'm wandering what's best though. A blog with his downloads or maybe a simple dull page with the downloads, using HTML and bits of Javascript.

Wow thats a great idea.
From what I have seen, people seem to trust websites much more than blogs. Over the past few years, people have come to recognize blogs as something you can set up in 5 minutes, then start scamming, giving viruses, or whatever.
I would go with a page of downloads over the blog for sure.

Keep it legal. Just put some wallpapers there, and some other shit like that. Some youtube vids maybe and a link to the video file.
