Need help. I want to buy something online, but I'm pretty sure my parents wouldn't let me (vape). I ordered it to a neighbor's house and was gonna pick it up before he came home (he comes home late), but the day it arrives it just so happens that he doesn't have work. I wasted $13 D': That's probably not a lot for most of you but I have no income. Any other way I could get a vape? (I can't buy it from any friend.)

Try explain to your neighbor that they ordered it to the wrong house. I'm sure no hassle could come from it.

That's understandable but you'll have to face up to it. If you ship from abroad then royaltys check the package anyway.

The package didn't arrive yet and he said if it arrives he'll bring it over and my parents will get it. Please please please.

Tell them that you have had your information leaked online and tell them that some hackers are sending illegal items to your home. No clue if this will work..

Okay well he's my next door neighbor but it turns out his mail didn't arrive yet but mine did? Really odd.
Anyways, I checked it and I got the package. He's a really nice neighbor so I think he's gonna come over :/.
What do I say? I am such an idiot. fml.

I'm not too sure on what kind of advice I can give you for this, I don't smoke nor will I ever plan on smoking so I have no purpose of getting into this scenario.
