Want to start a new site

Hey,

I was thinking of starting a new site, something focused to a particular topic, as general discussion boards don't seem to work too well unless they are highly established. I want something with the word 'forums' in it..There's things like Market Forums, Hack Forums, Sports Forums, Coding Forums.

I want something unique and something that could interest a lot of people and have great SEO like this site as it has a popular keyword.

Any ideas for sites like this?

What's it going to be about? I can give some decent advice about the niche you should/shouldn't be going for.

Some niches do better then others, it's really hard to get a site just starting out, you really need to know what you want and whatnot......
