But do cracks count as warez? If not, are they against the rules?

I'm pretty sure they do count as warez, have you seen any cracks posted on the forum?

No, its for Runescape Hacking meaning only Runescape related hacks like showing off your hacked accounts etc. I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to post cracks of random shit here.
