This should be obvious. Youtubes should be sold with a character censored, like gamertags to help mitigate these kind of incidents. Considering you probably lost a youtube to learn this lesson, I'm sorry you lost a nice channel bud.

I've already knew about this, they should atleast have 1 - 3 characters censored.
