This guy claims he is selling gamertags I own and other members on here own. He is most likely usin Inspect Element. His username is BV5, I know this because his banner says BV5 so I looked it up.

User shouod be banned for false claiming tags and attempting to scam, I also some other videos where some guy claimed he had the gamertag B ut which I also owned.
