I would choose to watch TV although sleep would be nice sometimes too. The best relaxing activity is playing on my laptop, texting and watching TV

I would choose sleep during my free time. I am a sleep deprived person. I got kids and I usually wake early in the morning to get them ready for school.

Watching tv would make me fall asleep if I am dead tired. So even if I choose to watch a tv program, i would certainly fall into the second choice. Lol!!! Anyway it is better to sleep. It will help to rejuvenate us so we can be more productive after. But once in awhile, we also need to watch some programs, just to be updated and informed.

Depends on what's on TV. If there is a very good program, even if I am sleepy, I will usually force my self to wake up and watch it.

RE: watch TV or Sleep during free time

For me i would rather choose watch TV. Almost everything that other modern countries do in their free time is to keep hanging watch their favorite TV Shows.

I prefer watching TV because it provides entertainment and I can learn new things over just sleeping and doing nothing.
However, I'd pick games before watching TV though

When there is Ugly Betty on TV, I go for the TV, or when there is a movie Shrek, I could just skip my sleep, but other than that I prefer sleeping.
Also video gaming is something I do when I am not sleeping. There are other things as well that I do when I am not sleeping.

I guess going to bed is good because it fresh your mind body and give you rest. Watching tv will create images in your mind and brain so your brain is working you are not taking rest at all also you will not feel relax as what happen next will always in your mind on the other hand watching tv is not good for your eyes as well.

What would you prefer in your free time? Watch TV or go to sleep to rest. I prefer watching TV, it makes me feel relax.

i don't have plenty of free time and i only get that at night after completing all my house jobs.i am too tired to do anything else other than sleep.my T.V. set is on while i am completing my house jobs.so i get to hear my favorite program running.but when i am in my bed i would prefer to sleep.

I definetly prefer rest because TV isn't healthy if its intervening with your rest. Thanks for the question and have a nice day

When Im from work and feel all so stressed out. I would rather sleep than watch TV. Like yesterday I came home from a 48hr duty, I was so tired that i didnt even changed clothes or eat, I just went straight to bed and slept for 10 hours straight. And when I woke up this morning, I feel recharged and I could watch my favorite shows on TV all day long without feeling sleepy.

I love watching TV and films. I don't watch too much soaps on TV. I go for news and documentaries. This is my way to relax. Now, while watching TV, I tend to fall asleep. So I think, both.
