Weather Manipulation

Familiar with the idea? I wasn't until a few months ago. Today I stumbled upon a very interesting video. Im sure many of you know who Joe Rogan is. He had a series called Joe Rogan Questions Everything and this is episode 2 of the first season.

I spend weeks doing a research project on this topic for English near the end of my last school year. I'll try to watch the whole video, but right now I'm 2 minutes in.

I wouldn't doubt that chem trails are meant to lower our population considering that we're overpopulated and our government knows it.

I've forgotten most things that I learned over the year, but from what I do remember weather research stations such as HAARP might be sending out ELF waves that alter the ionosphere. Doing that can change our weather, but not predictably. They claim that they aren't actually using these waves to alter the weather, but it is definitely possible. I don't want to go back over the sources that I spent so many long hours searching through, so I'll post links for anyone interested.
