Well my phone was stolen

Well today during a track meet someone went through my bag and stole my Iphone 5s. People were saying the other team was around our bags and just went through mine only. One guy saw but didnt say anything. I already tried Find my Iphone app my phone is turned off and on airplane mode( I did that cause it was about to die), and I already reported it stolen and got the phone blacklisted from any service provider. Once it turns on it will appear on Find my Iphone on icloud.com and will tell me the exact address of where it is located. Was an Iphone 5 had it for 6 months now need to come up with $200 in order to get the Iphone 5s( Apple greedy as people stopped selling the 5). SO fucking mad
