Have you encountered the "We're sorry, we can't send your payment right now" problem? Here is how to fix it:
  • Send from a mobile application: iPhone, Android, etc
  • Get your customer to send you an invoice
  • Log out then log back in into your PayPal
  • Remove all billing & card information then re-add it back
  • Send in smaller increments
I have encountered this problem today and the above has helped me, now I am passing it onto you if you are having this problem.

Calling PP is easy but some people may not have access to a phone and no problem. :)

How long does it normally take them to answer? After I get through all the robot stuff, I'm on hold for 2+ hours, and just give up
