"We're sorry, we can't send your payment right now" - PayPal Fix

Have you encountered the "We're sorry, we can't send your payment right now" problem? Here is how to fix it:

Send from a mobile application: iPhone, Android, etc
Get your customer to send you an invoice
Log out then log back in into your PayPal
Remove all billing & card information then re-add it back
Send in smaller increments

I have encountered this problem today and the above has helped me, now I am passing it onto you if you are having this problem.

I just call PP when this happens and they fix it right away. Thanks for the info though.

Calling PP is easy but some people may not have access to a phone and no problem.

How long does it normally take them to answer? After I get through all the robot stuff, I'm on hold for 2+ hours, and just give up

It's pretty quick when I did it. Maybe like 2 minutes? Try it again.
