Sending in smaller payments makes it look more suspicious, I've received several payments of $100 before and it all got reserved, when I received a $2,000 Paypal payment there was nothing wrong.

Thanks, this worked on my side Paypal. Unfortunately I still lost my old Paypal and my main Paypal is locked right now. I love how when I go to update any of my info it makes me log in, then when I put all the information in it makes me relog. It also never sends my my confirmation codes to my phone and they always take my bank details then lock my account. I've had to get three Chase Bank accounts so far due to Paypal. If anyone knows a solution or is willing to help me out on a PP verification method that is bulletproof HMU otherwise thanks again @Michael!

This is an really insightful thread. Yesterday i was trying to buy something and it wouldn't send over seas for some reason. So then i hopped on my phone and sent the payment. It was embarrassing to say i couldn't pay for it tho. ;p
