What are blacks called in europe?

Well in America we call blacks African Americans so my question is what are they called in like Europe or other places because those arent in america. So would they be African Europeans? I have been wondering this for 4 years now

Edit: WTF? There is a censor block when you type the word n*gger. It automatically turns that word into ******. First of all the term n*gger is a legitimate word with a definition that has nothing to do with race, but intelligience. It shouldn't be blocked out at all, but isn't replacing that word with African Americans saying they mean one in the same thing? It totally defeats the purpose and makes zero sense.

Yes, they turned the word n*gger (meaning ignorant / ignorance) in to a 100% racial term 100% of the time by filtering it to say ******...
I personally like to type N*gger when referring to someone being ignorant or speaking with alot of ignorance to save time and key strokes but some ****** fucked that up with this filter....
