The nature has provided physiology for every living body! As per the nature we require Carbohydrates to generate energy in the body, Proteins to have the structure of the body, Fats as the source of stored energy, water as an essential vehicle, minerals and vitamins as they are required in small amounts for performing various activities! Thus for a human being it is important to have a balanced diet consisting of all these constituents! Thus we may not have rich foods presuming that they are good for health! To have a healthy body all we need is a balanced food! Thanks !

I eat more fish and meat to get proteins. in india here i eat pork meat daily and seldom eats chicken so i love pork meat. u must consume pork meat daily to get fats and proteins daily.

healthiest diet?i think a well balanced diet with all essential nutrients could be considered as the healthiest one.our diet should have the required amount of carbohydrates,protein, fibers,minerals and other micro nutrients.

a body needs an average amount of calories in a day. people should eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. we will also need meat for our energy. evil:evil:evil:

i use to do all that things which keeps my body fit and healthy specially i eat meat and fish and juices and some energy drink that are best to me
