What are the limits?

I have been wondering, what are the limits of "blackhat activity" around here?

You say absolutely no blackhat activity, although there are many refunding services (which is fraud) and people giving out free cracked accounts.

I'm not complaining, just wondering where the line is, and why the rules aren't enforced.

If see any thread breaking the rules report the post, there is no fine line in blackhat activity. If the person breaks the rules they will be in trouble, period. It's not allowed what so ever. Obviously if you cannot provide evidence of a user breaking the rules absolutely nothing can or will be done.

These posts simply need reported just like any other and absolutely nothing additional is needed or required. If a thread is reported and breaks the rules it will be handled.

Ahh, so we'll know if it's blackhat activity because it'll be out of the norm? Such as selling a cracker/"malicious" tools or threatening said activity on someone correct? I've also been a bit confused on this.

All blackhat activity is not allowed so if it is reported it will be handled. Some things are missed because they are not reported and we get alot of posts so we cannot see everything.

That clears up a lot of the confusion I had, I'll stay vigilant and try to catch some things here and there.
