what are you doing to save your environment??

global warming is an issue from a long time.its the topic been discussed again and again.now even many of the politicians are getting involved into this but we as a normal individual have responsibility towards environment too.there are several ways through which we can save our environment.what are you doing for your environment?

This is very interesting topic for me since I am a Civic Welfare Trainer and I teach students about being globally aware, I started to have an edge over saving the world.

When I was still under training, I learned about the Seven Environmental Principles and the impacts that it created in my self, to my students and to the community. By implementing those modules into actions, I am taking steps to be Earth friendly and at the same time, I influenced others to do the same.

we had planted many trees in our school and home..my parents and teachers give us a big support..also we have many more projects in future

i don't though dust in the road , i save water and use it as much i need, i do not like the industries populiting the sociaty also on the other hand i don't do much but i always try

every little thing counts.we should just keep on trying.we should use biodegradable products and avoid plastic products as they are one of the major pollutant.plant more and more of trees or atleast a single plant on each of your birthday.

we can contribute also to save our environment even in our daily lives...
ex..we can separate the biodegradle to non biodegradble..
save water and electricity.
save our air by plantting a trees.
but lets start in our home.

Unfortunattly I'm not doing much ... I have tried to recycle but some times, because I'm not used to it, I put everything in the same bag. I save in water, and light, but besides that ... :S

I'm trying really hard to make a difference..by walking instead of driving to nearby places, using the microwave to cook instead of the LPG stove, giving newspapers and bottles to the recycling centre and most importantly, not wasting a single morsel of food.

We're trying to be Eco-Friendly in our school by planting trees and recycling often, but the people in California are ignorant. They litter, they don't recycle, they don't really care about the environment. Though I may be a hypocrite, because I use a lot of electricity playing games and stuff, but I do worry about how Earth will turn out if we keep polluting the environment.

there are actually many ways for us to save the environment . You can reuse your plastic things as something useful to you .For example, pail can be used as a rubbish bin or flower pot but you have workout on the pail by decorated it.Use paper bags when you are shopping , just imagine if everyone stop using plastic bags and often using paper bags .We can save your environment and government now having a big budget project to save our environment today.Do it as your duty , the world will be save .

I help to conserve the environment on my simple way like proper garbage disposal, recycling, as much as possible I will not use something with chemicals that can destroy the ozone layer, try to walk than riding on a jeepney, having a garden in the house and use natural fertilizer rather than processed and manufactured fertilizer and I do volunteer also as an online translator of some articles for the environment caused.

I simply do some saving energy tasks at home. When ever we leave our house, we make it sure that we unplugged all the appliances that we are using. It says that even if you turn off your appliances without unplugging it, electricity still flows on it. We even didn't open our television when it's not the time for our favorite shows. We didn't use our fans when it's windy in our place, anyway it's always windy because we live beside rice fields. ^^

Well, since it is the 21st century, the first thing I can do is to download everything rather than buy a bunch of CDs or something like that.
I also prefer to ride with a bike or walk than to drive a car or by bus.
Also doing a bit of recycling, well atleast I try. evil:
