Have you ever had nightmares? I guess everybody had experienced one already. I hate having nightmares. There are times wherein I just want to get out of that dream and wake up. I had also experienced having the same nightmares for several times in different nights. I don’t know what that means but seems like I can’t get out of that nightmare. I wish I would not have a dream like that again. evil:evil:

Well I do when I have nightmares is talk upon someone with in order to think what would be the problem or what is the cause on that nightmare. Well Nightmares are created sometimes by your mind, either what horrors you before or you just encountered before. It's like a story that needs an ending.

Some nightmares I believe are a subconcious manifestations of our fears. Sometimes internally, we have fears or probably some unaddressed concern over things that the subconscious mind would try to picture in the form of a dream. The brain's activity is so complex that sometimes reading it is almost unattainable. The brain would send signals triggering the effects of fears in us in the form of a nightmare. I would deal with it by praying and that way, the fear is being released and I allowed God to take control over my dreams so that He would prevent it from having nightmares again.

drink a glass of water upon waking up then wake up another person to talk about it, lol, because i'm afraid to sleep again immediately for fear that i may have the same nightmare again.

Yes! I did experience nightmares and sometimes, they are really horrible and almost so true. I usually wake up at night sweating and even crying because of nightmares. But, when I really had some troubles, I just pray about it and go back to sleep hoping that I won't be having another one for the rest of my sleep.
