Long story short it's the video game version of Netflix. This company finally went into full launch with a marketing campaign after years of preparation. The first time I've heard of this idea was at E3 expo, when they were still looking for investors, about 2/3 years ago. Back then their idea was to let the subscriber pay a one time fee of like $230 and receive and the games on demand. They only included the PC platform back then so moving into portable tablets is a great jump for them.

I have been a member of Onlive since day one.

It is a great service, just requires a decent internet connection.

The games are cheap too, with the $10 monthly thing they have now.

They also have $5 Fridays where a full Play Pass is only $5 on the game for that day.

Very nice so with the month cost do you just get to play all the games you want for free? Or how does it work it doesn't quiet make sense.

For $10 a month you can play like 16 of the games.

Other games require you to buy a playpass.
Some games have 1day, 3day, 5day, 7day and unlimited playpass.

The service is free, just about all the games have a 30 min trial.

Download it and try it.

OnLive is ANYTHING but new...
I was a beta tester back in '08 I think it was? Anyway, it's pretty awesome and is a great idea to start a new generation of gaming.
