What do you think of this for a project?

I'll own some kind of forum network similar to witza (omnis). I've got a few good domains in my list, and I know so many available ones that can become huge. I'm thinking of having a partner for this project, but they'd have to invest, if they can't then I'll do it on my own lol. Only invest in things like domain names and hosting etc, I'll obviously invest aswell.

In the near future I'll own:

A Market Forum (this)
A Mental Health Forum (depressionsocial.net)
A Music Forum
A Forum Software Tools Forum
A WWE Related Forum
A Fifa Related Forum
