Well yeah you aren't on your friends host anymore, and usually you shouldn't get this message, you should just get a "Google could not reach this webpage message" type of spiel. So something is up, check your FTP.

It means your domain as either expired or it's the default page from your hosting. Most of the time it's because it's expired and up for sale.
