What exactly happens if you add some one to Ignore list?

They can see you. When they post, the post will be shorter and say like " You have this user blocked. " Then to the far right, it says " Click here to see post"

Well I have the user Phantom on my ignore list.

When he posts all i see is " This user is blocked " and the theres a button that will let you see what they said.

And they will not be able to PM you.​
