Still, Google’s answer to Facebook is still young. There is still no Google+ iPhone app and Google is still figuring out how to optimize Google+ for businesses.

The most common one is Google+ for Google Apps accounts, but everything from privacy to collapsible comments has been brought up as missing features in Google’s social network. Google is even working on some feature requests, including the ability to set your gender as private.
