I mean i think giving someone a rep fuck is sufficient . Less banning more rep fucks lol. Also if you scam and comeback you should be rep fucked. I'd rather that then be banned constantly.

Or like give warnings like you usually do, but once you hit like 70% or 4 warnings you get rep fucked.
