What would ForumKorner be like if everyone got unbanned except scammers?

I think it would be bad. There is a lot of people who've been banned for a reason and they might keep doing it like let's see there is spamming, posting nudity, posting personal information, shit talkers, turboers, and employees for Xbox possibly?, users who have second accounts made like a multi account, Abusing features on FK, and a lot more. it would be terrible but I still think it wouldn't get rid of multi's.
