What is most important meal breakfast,lunch or dinner?

It happens that I cant take my meals on time.I'm thinking which meal is important to take for us to have enough energy to work?Is it good for us to eat one meal in a day?I would appreciate all of your comments.THANK YOU.........

My most important meal is dinner. Without it i feel very weak and i cannot stay longer so dinner is very important to me than breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. While adults need to eat breakfast each day to perform their best, kids need it even more. According to research, skipping meals, especially breakfast, can actually make weight control more difficult. Breakfast skippers tend to eat more food than usual at the next meal or nibble on high-calorie snacks to stave off hunger. Several studies suggest that people tend to accumulate more body fat when they eat fewer, larger meals than when they eat the same number of calories in smaller, more frequent meals. To teens, especially teenage girls, skipping breakfast may seem like a perfectly logical way to cut down on calories and lose weight. It's important for moms to educate their kids about the importance of the morning meal and the role it plays in maintaining good health and preventing obesity.

I don't eat much during my breakfast but according to nutrition experts, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What you take in during breakfast will determine how well you will go for the whole day. That is why, it is advisable to have a heavy breakfast, a moderate lunch and little dinner.

Breakfast is the most important meal of my day. I always make sure that I eat my breakfast because this will serve as my energy booster. I can do my task in a day if I have a right breakfast. I even read article that a person will be more healthier if he takes this important meal of the day. ^^

As for me, the most important meal of the day is breakfast because this is where we need to replenish and store energy for the rest of the day and besides, you need to break the long hours you had during the night sleeping so you need to eat breakfast too!

The important meal is breakfast,coz it circulate our body to absorb energy. And, even we took up our lunch or dinner late, we can survive for the day, because of our breakfast.

Since we are provided with mall stomachs we need to have all the three meals in moderate quantity on regular basis as skipping any meal can deprive our body from the required calories for discharging day to day duties in efficient way! Yes, because of some unavoidable reasons one of these meals can be missed once in a while1 Thanks !

Well to me i got to say its breakfast i have recess at 10 am everyday and i don't eat till 6pm so breakfast is the most important to me

Well In My View Point I think All Meals are necessary to us because our Body needs it and So We Must Have Proper 3 times Meal a Day

Breakfast is the most important for one to have enough energy especially for those people who are working because without taking this meal the person would loose focus and would not be able to perform well at work for the entire day.

skipping on a meal is not advisable from health point of view.you should have all the three meals at right time for having your body function for a longer time.of all the meals i consider breakfast to be most important one.

In my Family everyone keep telling me that breakfast is the most important meal, never skip it. Also, my brother told me that if i can't eat something, at least drink something to kick start metabolism.

It is never good to eat only one meal a day. We should always have to eat three times a day. And snack in between meals.
The most important meal is the breakfast. We should eat proper breakfast because we have been fasting the whole night and it's the first meal that we take after fasting. Breakfast is our key to have a strength during the day. But of course we should also eat lunch and dinner.
