I practice Upper Body exercise for back, shoulder, chest and arm muscles. It could be painful sometimes so i alternate my movements with lower body exercises.
I think brisk walking is the best exercise. You wont spend anything. And besides, its a total work out where you get to burn lots of calories. It's so easy to do. All you have to do is walk then you're done.
i think skipping rope and jogging are the best exercises as they are aerobic and complete body exercises.they don't target a particular part of your body but is effective on the entire system.:Cool:
Yes man i also heard about that swimming is the best exercise for body. But unfortunately near me no swimming pool available and no other facility to swim so i do little bit JIM exercise to make my self fit
Every morning, I go up and down with our stairs. It's a simple way of exercise for me so my upper body will be more stronger. I don't have time to go for a gym (not usual for a girl). I even prefer running in our village every morning (even I stay late).
