Stage 3 Communism is the ideal government as everyone is the government and everyone is equal as long as you contribute equally. In all reality, Stage 3 Communism and real Democracy are close to identical, just communism has no set figure head, it rotates weekly, or monthly, or yearly, it depends on the choice of the country itself. It also isn't a singly figure head, it is 100 or so.

A few examples of the best working communities in the past have all been small societies and easier maintained, controlled and prevented from corruption. It has been direct democracies with either socialism, communism or anarchism mainly. Examples of such are for instance Indian tribes, peaceful communities and villages in southern america with barely any crime rates and some successful communities during the age of hippies. Today I would refer to twin oaks and christiania while in the past the anarchy in spain and ukraine. From own experience I have learned that the smaller the place, village or city you live in, the better life is. Naturally collectivism will be stronger in smaller areas rather than big areas. The question is subjective however I will answer anarcho-communism with direct democracy restricted to a small area, village or so. Just as the village Eldorado is explained in the satirical book Candidé by Voltaire, which I think is very much realistic and possible.

However the reason there is peace in these places is because it's small. However with a rapidly approaching 8 billion numbers of human, there is no possibility that people would be able to live like this.
I myself think that there is going to be no way to have a society in the future without crime or injustice, for in order for there to be good, there must be bad. Therefore disproving the idea of a "perfect" society.

Though I agree on your statement that "for there to be good, there must be bad" I have an objection on your conclusion. What you seem to be missing is that it is not limited to a designated area. The quote is based on the subjectivity of some properties as it cannot exist alone, it needs comparison. I can not be kind unless I can compare to John. However for a society to be good, it is merely enough for there to be an external bad ie. Another society being bad or another country being bad which can make the society good.

tl;dr: "Good cannot exist without bad". It can be an external factor.
