So, after the TV series thread being quite popular, I thought id make the movie version

Its quite hard to decide 100% what my all time favourite movie is, but I have quite a few that I can safely say id watch over and over again.

Leon: The Proffesional - Great movie, released in '94. The only downside is seeing Natalie Portman as a kid.

The Fast and the Furious - I like to think of this as my favourite film. I love the plot, the characters, and the cars. Probablly seen it over 50 times easily.

300 - Whats not to like? Seeing Spartans smash the shit out of people..

What are some of your favs?

Never heard of Grandma's Boy.

Trainspotting is a great movie too though. Have you seen Human Traffic? You will most likely like it if you enjoyed Trainspotting.

Cool Ill check it out. I was recommended to Shadow's Fall by a friend and he said its Danny Boyle's movie before Trainspotting. I'm going to check that out too.

My favorite was already posted. Leon: The Professional.

I like these calm little moments before the storm. It reminds me of Beethoven. Can you hear it? It's like when you put your head to the grass and you can hear the growin' and you can hear the insects. Do you like Beethoven?

I've probably forgotten about more film than most of ya'll have ever watched. Can't possibly just chose one all-time best. I'll share a few of my favourite films that pop into my mind right now.

Just a few minutes ago I finished watching "District 9", that one definitely earned a spot between my all-time favourites.
The Godfather is a classic, V for Vendetta is great, The Green Hornet is very amusing, The prestige is incredibly written, American History X has a very strong plot, The Matrix (one) is just way too damn good, King Kong (1933) can't ever be forgotten, Jaws (1975) is just great horror, All About Eve (1950) is a classic that only keep becoming better as it ages.

So much for sharing a few of my favourites.

Wasn't keen on District 9 at all myself, it felt a bit... weak.

Some of the others you mentioned are okay though.

How the hell can District 9 feel weak?

"Technically brilliant and emotionally wrenching, District 9 has action, imagination, and all the elements of a thoroughly entertaining science-fiction classic."

My favorite movie is "Unbreakable" the movie has a nice story line and it incorporates a lot of symbolism.
