So I've noticed that a user is ALWAYS on, but I've never seen him post...

So? Maybe he has his PC left on or something of the sort, and he registered and forgot about the site, perhaps? You never know haha.

He's been online for 8 hours, that's absolutely nothing. That could be categorized as "Afk" still.
 
I've noticed this myself, too. His computer must have a very long-lasting battery.
 
I believe you go offline after an hour of inactivity. So, he's probobly just lurking, chilling, killing.
