So recently @ACR made a scam report on @Twist for pulling back the iG @prime.
He had good evidence and I actually thought twist scammed.
Then, @Twist said that acr swapped it and was trying to cover up for being an idiot and getting turboed.
I personally believed Twist over ACR.
The case was settled with @Twist getting banned until he reimburses @ACr
But I noticed;
@ACR's thread is in the invalid reports section & @Twist's is in the valid reports.
So does this mean @Twist was right about @ACR losing the IG and @twist not being at fault. But he was still banned?
Or was it simply a mistake by a moderator.
Please update us!

Yeah I noticed his report was in the valid to, then I seen he was banned. I thought "what the fuck" as well.

I moved it there as it is a valid scam report until the other member is reimbursed, I personally put that thread where it is at.

Also he will not just instantly get unbanned if he simply reimbursed the payment, he must create a pardon like absolutely anyone else ever banned, and seeking to be unbanned.

Everyone who gets unbanned gets put in the DWC group when they scam. It wasn't a stable deal so I'd DWC with him too.

He didn't really scam, but yes the IG was pulled back (Not by him) He is paying him abck, so I would not call it a "Scam" more like a mishap.

He should not get DWC imo

In my own defence in this case, people who turbo technically don't scam either but they have to wear the DWC userbar.

He was dealing with Dura for Christs sake, of course Dura would pull it back, he's a known scammer. If he's allowed back he should wear the userbar just for having a joint deal with a known scammer.
