What to do with a 2nd computer?

Specs aren't great, I believe they're something like:

4 or 6GB of ram
3 or 4 year old CPU
9500 GTX graphics card
550W PSU
No hard-drive (I think I may have a 200-300GB one lying around somewhere)
no CD drive

It probably can host a... 10-15 person minecraft server (computer wise, internet wise... not so much). 5-7 runescape bots or something along those lines.

What should I do with it? I was thinking about like... splitting it up into a few VMs then giving it to people to bot on for a few $ or some shit. Not really sure. Ideas?
