What to do with a conditional redirect youtube?

Why do people pay big money for these, I am still yet to figure out what to do with these, I know that Glubz has an exploit to deliver subscribers with them , although I really have no use for that since I can already bot followers.

Can someone guide me in the right direction of what to do with these?

I literally think the only thing you can do is bot subscribers, not really sure. I'd recommend trying to sell it to him or something.
