I believe the correct term would be "pancaking" nipples. Yes, it is a verb. It's when you put syrup on someone's nipples and then you eat their nipples for breakfast.

I wouldn't be simply because I am not the biggest fan of syrup. Put some powdered sugar on them nipples and I will be all over that!

It's just an expression to describe people with large nipples or an unusually large areola. I'm surprised you have never heard anyone say it.

The Urban Dictionary defines it as a nipple with at least a 10 inch diameter. That's a very unusually large nipple.

Oh. Where I live people say pepperoni nipple, which doesn't make that much sense, because a pepperoni isn't very big, especially on a large boob, but a pancake is pretty big. I don't know. Boys are weird, man.
