We don't allow uploading of software, files or any type of media/document (since I've disabled the ability to attach files as I don't want to risk the site getting in trouble for hosting files it shouldn't be). We do not allow the posting of Warez/Cracked/Leaked software as this isn't a piracy forum.

You can give links to software that is free to download, safe and legitimate, so if you for example wanted to talk about Windows Security Essentials, you could say go here <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security_essentials/default.aspx">http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security ... fault.aspx</a><!-- m --> and download it for free, I have no problem with that.
