What will you do if you see some one smoking in public?

We all know smoking is injurious to our health and smoking in public place is strictly prohibited. But now too some persons smoke in the public place without any hesitation. This kind of persons spoils their health as well as the other person who is surrounded them. It is very hard to change this kind of persons unless they come forward to change them.

Government always announce a lot of strict rules to ban this bad habit and persons give importance to the new rules and regulations for some time. After some days or year they start smoking in public place without fear. This kind of person are ready to pay the fine for their bad habit, they never think about they are doing a crime. This kind of breaking rules is also a crime. What do you think about this kind of persons? I always hate them and never give importance to them, simply i keep distance while seeing this kind of persons. What will you do if you see a person who is smoking in a public place and what is your reaction?

Well, What I can say about that but I dont smoke so i hate smoke. If someone smoking on public place than i can't say him a word because it their rights as government has not restrict it.

They honestly should make it illegal, I don't want to be in risk of getting cancer. They make marijuana illegal, they made underage drinking illegal, and other drugs, but why not smoking? They understand the risks, yet they still do it.
I wouldn't do anything, but think to myself, "Have fun dying with cancer."

Ha Ha Ha! I am myself a bad smoker, but then I am careful not to smoke in public places! If I see some one smoking in public place I would remind him in a friendly way that he can be punished by the Government for this act f his! Thanks !

If I see a someone smoking in public? Of course I would make sure to stay away from him so I wont get to inhale his cigarette smoke too. I know it's not my business anymore if he smokes but if he is carelessly passing the smoke on me, I would directly tell him that I don't like being a second hand smoker of his cigarette. We non smokers have the right to tell them that it is not okay to be inhaling their smokes.

simple i don't do what he or she doing,we all know government doing implementation for those who are smoker and notice to everybody what the possible cause for smoking,if the person is open minded and a responsible citizen he or she know what possible will be smoking in a public place.

When i see a person smoking in public. i will also start smoking because if he is creating environment ugly.. and someone comes to me and say to stop smoking here then i will say him to stop that person first.

The government doesn't allow us to smoke out from public facilities, but we can smoke in other places. If I see someone smoking I'd say: "Do you have a cigarette for me too?" And maybe I'd throw it saying "Have I just done anything good?"
I don't think that the sale of cigarettes will be prohibited because there's people who get richer everyday...

If i see someone smoke in public,i wouldnt say anything but to show reaction of irritation through my face, but if they are my friends,and they are smoking in public,i would bluntly tell them that quit smoking,save your life.!

well here in the Philippines, smoking in public places weren't allowed, only on private places, but I think it's better if there's a smoking area.

this rule is been impose years before.i have a personal problem with smokers and smoke as i can't tolerate it and start coughing.am a bit allergic to these.so if i see anybody smoking in public and if am getting troubled because of that,i ask them politely to put it off.

I will politely ask that person not to smoke in public because he is giving other people the nicotine that he is blowing once he blows the smoke.
Also,we can remind the person that it is strictly prohibited to smoke in public places,maybe the person forgot about the rules and just needed to be reminded.
As long as we can tell the person in a polite manner i am sure he will listen and will not feel bad.

what i am going to do is nothing because i do smoke in public places as well so what should i say about my self

In this kind of situation, maybe the person need some course of counselling so it's better to reprimand him/her that smoking really causes bad health not only to his/her own but also to the people around.
But sometimes some person really don't mind what others are saying about they only neglect it but because we have implemented rules that fines must be vested to him/her whenever he/she will be caught smoking in the act in some prohibited places.
Be a law-abiding citizens.

well, our government also prohibited smoking in public area, but seem it's not working. so many people smoking in public area. what i can do is try to avoid them. it's seem no use to tell them that the smoking prohibited in public area, cause they already know and don't care
