What would you guys do?

I recently bought a banned gamertag but the guy left his phone number on it. Before, I asked him a couple questions and asked him if he removed all alts and everything and he said yes, and told me everything was ready to go. Now right as he gives me the info to the gamertag he tells me has to go... Later on I tell him he left his number on it, and he says oh yeah I'll remove it, and then he "remembers" that his phone charger is broken. He says he will get a new one but its already been 2 days. What would you guys do in a situation like this?
